EngageTech are specialists in B2B Tech Appointment Setting and Profiling. Having been founded in 2010, they have grown from a start-up to nearly 100 employees in the UK. This year they were also voted in the top 50 small companies to work for in the UK.


The Approach –

Being incredibly profitable and specialists in their market, EngageTech had high growth targets and need to expand to keep up with incoming business. Enter Graduate Fasttrack. We met the EngageTech team and immediately fell in love with the culture and the offering. From here, we have gone on to build a 5-year-old formula of helping the team find fantastic sales candidates to help EngageTech grow.


The Solution –

Having a large consultant team meant that we were able to dedicate a huge amount of resource to screen, vet and consult with candidates that meant that we could run multiple recruitment assessment days for EngageTech throughout the year. By doing this, we’ve helped EngageTech sustain their high growth over the last 5 years.


Potential Issue –

EngageTech were hiring on such a large scale that we were determined to make sure we maintained our fantastic industry attrition rate (which sits below 10%). By building a strategy, consulting with the team and adjusting our screening process to simply act as another stage of the EngageTech interviews, we upheld our extremely high standards as well as maintaining the flow of quality candidates who matched the EngageTech culture and ethos.


Has anything changed since the initial project –

Both Graduate Fasttrack and EngageTech have gone through sustained periods of growth since we first started working together. Due to this, we have been able to keep up with increased recruitment needs and build specialist teams to work with our clients. With the years of experience we have with EngageTech, Graduate Fasttrack feel that we are best placed to help with their growth moving forward. Nothing has changed, but our appetite to find the best candidates remains the same.
