  • Salary: £22,000 - £25,000 + Uncapped Commission (1ST OTE £35,000: 2ND OTE £45,000 : 3RD OTE £60,000)

The Role

Within the role your key responsibilities will be threefold :

  1. Sourcing high calibre candidate for live vacancies – This can be done through advertising, referrals/recommendation and headhunting.
  2. Management of current recruitment assignments – Arranging interviews, database management, negotiation, consultative selling and tracking
  3. Business Development – Being on the phone trying to win new business for the company so it can grow
