My client is the global leader in On-Demand, Cloud-based Treasury Management Solutions (TMS), delivering Cloud-based technology solutions to more than 125 corporate treasury teams across 41 countries globally. Clients rely on this to gain instant access and intelligence into their global cash positions while improving financial controls and increasing productivity across their business’ cash, liquidity, payments, financial management operations. Headquartered in Paris and New York, with offices in Dallas, London, and Dubai.

With a recent growth in capital investment and triple-digit year over year growth, my client is further investing in UK expansion and growth. To support this effort, they currently have a rewarding and challenging BD Executive opportunity for an extraordinarily talented and motivated, hunter-type individual that thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial, work environment.

They are looking for 2 Business Development Executives to join the team in London and help accelerate our growth to achieve our ambitious targets. The BD Executive will be targeted with booking meetings for the VP of Business Development to follow up on.

The successful candidate will be highly driven, intelligent and articulate. You must be a self-starter and someone who is comfortable with cold calling and developing new relationships from scratch.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with prospective clients to develop and progress new leads;
  • Utilise different channels to seek to build your pipelines, such as LinkedIn, email and phone;
  • Own the sales process from prospecting to closing, involving relevant expertise when required;
  • Work with other teams, such as marketing, and suggest new ideas and approaches;
  • Travel to client sites when necessary;
  • Attend relevant industry conferences.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Driven to succeed;
  • Goal Oriented;
  • Articulate and engaging, both on the phone and in person;
  • Some experience in sales or business development would be beneficial, but not essential;
  • Knowledge of treasury operations, not essential;
  • Flexible with travel and working hours;

They are not looking for someone with years of sales experience or knowledge of treasury and SAAS solutions. We are happy to provide comprehensive training within treasury, the solution and the sales process as a whole. Therefore, we are looking for a quick learner who is ambitious and motivated and willing to work in a small “start-up”, results-focused environment.
