Digital Media Talent Consultant

Location- London Bridge- Central London

Salary- £22,000-£24,000 (Plus uncapped commission- £35,000 OTE)

How many graduates are out there looking for a job with the promise of training, progression and decent money? Chances are, you’re one of them.

Working in recruitment, every day is different and your hard work is rewarded. Don’t fancy sitting next to someone who rocks up to work 15 minutes late and still gets paid the same as you? Working in a meritocratic environment like recruitment means your efforts are directly paid off, offering progression and uncapped commission on top of your salary- so the sky is genuinely the limit.

  • Maybe you consider yourself a people person, and pride yourself on your communication skills
  • Hopefully you’re a relatively fresh graduate, or a second jobber
  • You want to see progression clearly, and not just empty promises of it
  • You’re a hard worker and don’t take losing lightly

What the company does

The UK office, located in swanky London Bridge offices is buzzing to say the least. You will be working alongside like-minded success hungry graduates, who you will attend the paid 2 week training program with upon starting.

The company’s ethos is all about growth, they never hire seniors as their focus is seeing employees grow in the business from the bottom- up.

What they do, in a nutshell- is everything Media. Having built up a stellar reputation in the industry they have some of the best clients in media on the books, meaning the people you will be placing will be chatty media types instead of tired 5th jobbers.

What you will be doing

Having backed a considerable investment a little over 4 years ago, the company has expanded internationally and now has offices in New York, Barcelona and Sydney. They are looking to train you up in their London offices fully to potentially fill higher positions in these offices.

The job is by nature, extremely varied- no two days are the same. Whether this be running around the city sourcing new clients or calling candidates and using your creative skills to write an amazing job. You get to manage the whole process from beginning to end so you get a lot of autonomy and ultimately- commission!
