They are currently looking to recruit for a Customer Success Executive who will help them continue to improve their customer's experience. This role will take on multiple areas of responsibility with your time splitting between a number of different tasks – as this is a growing company in the UK, there will be the opportunity to specialise moving forward.

- Ensures all customers are successfully on boarded in a timely fashion; hardware and software delivered, set-up, staff trained and are using our clients’ solutions.
- Develops customer relationships that promote retention and loyalty, ultimately improving customer value and reducing churn.
- Be the first point of contact for the customer and on hand to resolve any queries effectively

- Recent graduate (2016-2019) – minimum 2:2 in any subject
