The successful graduate will have the opportunity to progress with the company, with the potential to progress to a senior level with the first 12-18 months. The Job role

As a Graduate Recruitment Executive, your roles will be varied, and for the first 12 weeks you will be entered in their training program to learn everything you need to become a successful Recruitment executive. Your role will involve some of the following

·Identify and qualify potential candidates through telephone screening and face-to-face interviews

·Use internal database and job boards to resource the best candidates

·Develop excellent market understanding in a competitive industry

·Develop new relationships and build rapport with hiring managers to promote your service
