Salary: £20,000 - £23,000 basic + Uncapped commission (£35k Y1, £70k Y2)
Location: Spinningfields, Manchester
Start Date: June/July Starters

· 12-month training program including 3 days in the London office and 2-3 days in either Brussels or Paris.
· Commission from day 1 + Quarterly bonuses if you exceed targets.
· Company trips away - America this year.

· First Promotion usually after the first 8-10 months with a salary increase to 24k-26k.

You will start in a resource position where your focus with be on learning the tech market, sourcing stand-out candidates and completing the rookie academy training program.
Progression is fast and tailored to your learning style: After the first 8 months, 75% of rookies progress onto consultant where you will start to learn the full 360 recruitment process.
