As a Graduate Sales Executive you will be targeted on bringing in new business across the UK, selling IT solutions and building lasting relationships. As you become more developed in the role you will spend less time bringing in new business and focus on enhancing existing relationships. Your career progression is in your hands – the more you put in the more you will get out, great performance is recognized and rewarded. There is clear career progression and financial incentives of earning uncapped commission as well as individual and team incentives.
What you need:
- A degree in any discipline (2.2 or above)
- Previous customer facing experience would be advantageous but not essential
- Entrepreneurial spirit and be a self starter who can build their own client base from scratch
- Eagerness to learn about new technologies and develop your sales skills
- Great work ethic and resilient nature
- Competitive and driven to succeed
- Great earning potential, through uncapped commission structure
