Job Description

Brandbassador is looking for new Sales Development Representives (SDR) to join and grow with the Sales & Accounts Team. You will help take the platform to the next phase of growth by introducing new brands to the opportunities of using Brandbassador.

The Sales role consists of:
 

●     Researching and contacting good brands.

●     Demonstrating the Brandbassador platform to brands to show them the power of what we’ve built and how it can help them.

●     Signing the brands up to a partnership with Brandbassador.

●     Passing them onto the Accounts Success Team who will then manage them.
 

You will be speaking directly to CEO’s and Senior Marketing representatives for small and large brands. You will be challenged with objections, so you need to be confident and sociable. You will need to understand each brands marketing objectives and needs so you can tailor the perfect pitch.


As part of the Sales Team you have the potential for uncapped earnings. So to find success you like they need to be incentivised by seeing results, and enjoy a high pace and pressure environment. Progression opportunities:

-       You will start off as a Sales Assistant and be appointed to a Sales Team where the Team Lead will help and train you until you can complete the sales cycle on your own.

-       Once you have shown ability to complete the sales cycle on your own you will be promoted to Sales Representative. You will then own your own brands and get full commission on sales you complete.

-       The Sales Representatives with leadership skills will be evaluated as Sales Team Leader as the sales force grow.

-       We will be moving into new markets and there will be opportunities for best performers to join international expansion.

 

Current Team:

-       We are currently a team of 17 and growing; 2 Founders, 5 in the Tech Team and 5 in the Sales Team and 5 in the Accounts Team

Salary:

-       £20k basic

-       OTE £35,000 per annum.
